TESTING EQUIPMENT FOR EXPANSION PLUGS

Plug Checker SP-640-A
Permits any expansion plug to be checked for
wear without need for an Amplifier or master.
With back end of plug seated fully in cup of checker, measure span across the plug halves at the gaging tips using a precision micrometer or caliper.
With back end of plug seated fully in cup of checker, measure at the gaging tips using a V anvil precision micrometer.
